I found this granola bar recipe online when looking for something our family would enjoy. (And we did!) It also contains lots of pantry staples so it’s something that can easily be made when the mood hits for a treat like this.
I originally found this recipe via Brenda at Coffee Tea Books and Me. It’s a flexible muffin recipe called Muffins My Way (on her recipe blog) that can be made many different ways. In our home, however, there is only ONE way to make it. LOL!
Last night as I was about to go to bed, I realized I had a package of boneless chicken breasts that was dated that day. I decided to just quickly clean them and throw them in the crockpot overnight to make shredded chicken. I will use the shredded chicken in quesadillas, enchiladas, tortilla soup, etc.
I saw a similar rosemary and lemon chicken recipe online and decided to come up with my own combo. The original version had fresh garlic, but I wasn’t in the mood for garlic so I omitted it.
