I am starting to think the cool weather is never coming! It is 87 degrees right now which is amazingly warm for Michigan in September. I thought I would share a great recipe for folks who are still “enjoying” the warm weather. This chicken salad with pecans and green onions is a fabulous combination of flavors. I don’t use measurements for this – I just kind of eyeball it.
