These maple-glazed carrots with pecans is such a simple recipe, but so tasty! It can be served with many different types of comfort food meals such as roast beef.

This is a great compliment to the wonderful Sweet Basil Rub Roasted Chicken.

Maple-Glazed Carrots with Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 & 1/2 cups cooked baby carrots or sliced carrots
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. Cook carrots in salted water and drain.
2. Stir in butter, maple syrup, and pecans over very low heat until the butter is melted.
