These maple-glazed carrots with pecan is such a simple recipe, but so tasty! It can be served with many different types of comfort food meals such as roast beef. This is a great compliment to the wonderful Sweet Basil Rub Roasted Chicken.
Maple-Glazed Carrots with Pecans
- 1 & 1/2 cups cooked baby carrots or sliced carrots
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Cook carrots in salted water and drain.
- Stir in butter, maple syrup, and pecans over very low heat until the butter is melted.
