We currently live in the city. In approximately 23 days (!) we will no longer own this house. The buyer has generously given us ample time to get out. But the questions are what and where? Buy or rent? City or country?
A couple of years ago I mentioned that my doctor suspected I have seasonal affective disorder. I wasn’t surprised as I had had the same thought for some time. Over the past couple of years I’ve really focused on learning effective ways to deal with it.

After hearing the commercials on the radio for days, I called Home Depot about their Saturday morning children’s craft project. It sounded like something Caroline would enjoy so we headed over.
We have a chance of snow flurries today for the first time this fall. Just the slightest mention of snow sends Caroline into spasms of joy and anticipation. An incredibly long run-on sentence comes tumbling out of her mouth as she begins verbalizing everything she can’t wait to do in the snow.
