I found this Honey Butter recipe in the recipe book that came with my bread machine almost 30 years ago (Electric Bread). I regularly made the Honey Wheat Bread and would sometimes make this honey butter as an additional treat. The combination is wonderful.

The best way to eat this honey butter is melted on toast!

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup honey
• 3/4 powdered sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together by hand.
2. Store in refrigerator.
