Have you ever heard of The Ginghams Paper Dolls? They were very popular many years ago and women have fond memories of playing with them as a girl. I happened across a free download of these adorable paper dolls and wanted to share them with you.
I’ve already decided that I’m not showing the Ginghams Paper Dolls to Caroline until we get all the furniture, dolls, and some of the clothes cut out. David will have to do all the cutting so I need to give him time to get some of it done while she’s in bed. But I know she will love it.

These are so cute!! I actually got that little surge of joy at seeing the outfits that I remember feeling as a child!! I had completely forgotten that feeling at 52…the same feeling I got when seeing a brand new large box of Crayolas coming my way!!! I may print them off for my neices .Thanks Karen

Look up Retro Reprints on Facebook or http://www.retroreprints.com – they may have Gingham Girls coloring books.
Wow! I had these growing up! I had completely forgotten them. I ABSOLUTELY loved them!! Thanks for a great memory that I can share with my little one! 🙂
I had a coloring book with these girls in it, when I was about 6. I loved that coloring book, and colored every single page, in order. 😀
Having a girl is a great excuse for revisiting your childhood. 🙂

Many thanks for this lovely gift. I grew up with The Ginghams paper dolls! I loved these dolls. My grandma brought “Visiting Grandma” from the USA when I was a child. That was amazing for me. Now I have the opportunity to share it with my daughter. Great!

I don’t have any control over the PDFs. I am only linking to what someone else has uploaded online. I just checked and it looks like they are still there. It says on their webpage you can click to open the PDFs in full page size and then print.

It looks like either the site hosting them is not working or is gone. I tried both sets from both of my posts. Maybe try again tomorrow?
The other option is to do a Google search of images, find the ones you need, and try to print them off. I’m not sure about the sizes matching up though. You might have to tinker with your printer settings to get them right.

I can only find a picture of the front of the Gingham Girls Coloring books on Pinterest. I’ve never seen the inside individual pages. Oh how I wish I had saved my Gingham girls coloring books from when I was little!
I have enjoyed the information so much …..as I had lots of paper dolls and clothing when young, but would love to get some paper books tht will be enjoyed with girls and myself.

Several years ago I came across your post and was able to print out the gingham paper dolls. I used them for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes…I cut out the dolls and left the clothes for the recipient to cut with the scissors I provided. I don’t know if the little girls the boxes went to were able to use them or not, but the cutting and arranging, even using a razor blade to cut dotted lines on the hats was such therapy for me.
Sometime later, like in your other comments, I could no longer find and print the dolls and clothes. Had tried a couple of items but the sizes didn’t print correctly and I’m didn’t know how to adjust the size.
I’m looking now for the new link but don’t see it. Could you send it again?

My mother use to draw the dolls and clothes for my girl friends and myself then we cut them out and had a lot of fun.My mother was a good artist.sure brings back some good minorities.I think I will cut some out and send them to my great granddaughters.Thank you Sally
