Happy Monday, Friends! I hope you had a good weekend. I’m feeling a bit better, but still have a ways to go. I was able to see the chiropractor this morning who told me he has seen so many people already today with the same virus. One person was told by his doctor that it takes three to four weeks to really work through the cough so I’m guessing it will still take a me a bit.
As an update to the other news I shared, David found out that the school reversed their decision and he is actually going to be teaching one of his classes. He received his contract in the mail today so we were very thankful.
David cleaned all of the stovetop parts this morning for me as a surprise. So I can cross that off my list from previous weeks even though I didn’t do it.

My goals this week are all Christmas since I have quite a few things to do.
Goal 1 – Finish Christmas shopping and wrap gifts. I did almost all my shopping for David and Caroline last night on Amazon. It isn’t the way I wanted to do it, but this year I’m very thankful for the option to click and get it delivered to my home. One trip to Meijer for stocking stuffers and I’ll basically be done.
Goal 2 – Send out Christmas cards.
Goal 3 – Make the two kinds of Christmas treats Caroline and David requested (later in the week).
I’d also like to take some time to sit down read some of my favorite Christmas stories by the fire. I haven’t wanted to be anywhere near a dry air producing fireplace with my cough. Hopefully I can do that this week. That’s one of my favorite things to do at Christmastime – read favorite books by the fire with the Christmas lights on. (It doesn’t take much to make me happy.)
What is on your to do list this week? Please share in the comments!
If you are new to my site and have never participated, I hope you will. You can find lots of inspiration in my shop under All Products for Women.
