Brain breaks are a great tool, but they are usually created for a teacher to use with a large group of children in a classroom. I decided to update and rewrite mine so they are geared toward homeschool families since they are truly my focus.
Brain Breaks for Homeschoolers can be a helpful part of your homeschooling day. They provide your children with the opportunity to move around, use their body, and improve their brain/body connection in just a few minutes. While it might be easy to view them as one more thing to fit into an already full day, the reality is they can help your children be more productive and increase their ability work effectively. Most of them only take a few minutes to complete so it is not a significant time commitment.
The brain breaks in this pack vary from simple with nothing needed to a bit more involved with a small item and/or music. You can choose how to use them each day based on how much your children need to move around.

I suggest printing them out on cardstock and laminating. It makes them durable and easy-to-use. You can put them on a ring or keep them together with a rubber band.
The cards are available for purchase in my shop: Brain Breaks for Homeschoolers.
