The sentiment describes very much where I am in this season of life as I reflect on where I’ve been, where I am now, and where I want to go in the future.
“Because I don’t want that for myself anymore” is an extremely valid reason to stop doing literally anything.

Because we know what we think out-pictures in our experience…. yes, time for a loving reset ..same thoughts bring same results..so why not just pause.. have coffee and toast and bring in the total gratitude for the coffee, the toast, the roof over our heads… the legs that get us up , the chair that we are sitting in .. all of it… on and on in gratitude with glitter.
