One of our favorite lazy Sunday meals is Sweet Basil Rub Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Maple-Glazed Carrots. Every bit of it is so delicious.

I should, however, clarify that by lazy I mean Sundays when the pace is slow and I have lots of time so I feel like cooking. These aren’t recipes for when you are feeling lazy and want something quick and easy.
