This woman is the press secretary for the freaking United States of America Secretary of Transportation. She doesn’t want to answer questions on camera.

HER ENTIRE JOB IS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM THE PRESS.

This is what you get with unqualified, compromised, and/or diversity hires on every level. These people either have no idea what they are doing OR they know what they are doing and realize they are in deep trouble.
