If you need a simple way to keep track of homeschool attendance, these free editable homeschool attendance record printables are an easy place to start. Each page includes a full July–June school year layout with rows for days 1–31 and columns for each month, so you can mark attendance at a glance and keep your records neat and organized.

Today I’m sharing three free attendance sheets from my editable homeschool planners. You can choose the style you like best and download one, two, or all three.

What’s included

  • Editable Homeschool Attendance Record – Cottage Rose & Sage
  • Editable Homeschool Attendance Record – Daisies & Gingham
  • Editable Homeschool Attendance Record – Black & White Floral

These attendance sheets are designed to be both practical and lovely—useful for everyday record-keeping, but still pleasant to keep in your planner or homeschool binder.

Why use a homeschool attendance record?

A homeschool attendance sheet helps you keep a simple record of school days completed throughout the year. Whether your state requires attendance documentation or you simply want a clear record for your own files, having one page dedicated to attendance makes life easier.

These printables work well for:

  • homeschool portfolios
  • end-of-year paperwork
  • umbrella school reporting
  • state record-keeping requirements
  • organized homeschool planner binders

Please note: Homeschool laws vary by state, so be sure to check your own state’s requirements for attendance and record-keeping.

Each version has editable fields, which makes them especially convenient if you prefer a typed, tidy look instead of handwriting everything in by hand.

1. Cottage Rose & Sage Attendance Record

A soft and classic floral style for those who prefer a gentle, traditional look.

2. Daisies & Gingham Attendance Record

A cheerful, cozy design with a fresh and homey feel.

Printing tips

  • Print on regular letter-size paper
  • Use in a homeschool binder or planner
  • Fill in digitally first if you prefer editable forms
  • Print a fresh copy for each child if needed

These free attendance sheets come from my full editable homeschool planners for 2026–2027. If you would like matching planning pages for lesson plans, weekly planning, calendars, and more, you can find the complete planners here:

Sallie Schaaf Borrink

For 20+ years, I’ve been writing about following Jesus Christ and making choices based on what is true, beautiful, and eternal. Through purposeful living, self-employment, and homeschooling, our family has learned that freedom comes from a commitment to thoughtfully examine all of life and think for yourself.

That same commitment shapes A Quiet Simple Life, where I explore home, education, parenting, and the deeper questions that arise in the life of faith. Rooted in my faith, I share essays, resources, and reflections for thoughtful readers seeking substance as well as beauty.

Welcome!
