I have an entire post put together about the alleged hate crime against Jussie Smallett that seems to be unraveling before I eyes. I’m waiting for the police to charge him before I post about it.
In the meantime, I’ve been doing a lot of reading online. I am astounded at the number of hate crime hoaxes that have been perpetrated in the past two years. We hear about the crime because it’s all over the news. But as soon as it is proved false, it disappears.
These are all crimes that were blamed on Trump supporters and/or whites that were all proven to be hoaxes.
It would seem this guy is spot on.
The demand for hate crimes overcedes the supply

In the interest of time, I’m just dropping the tweets I found. I don’t have time to open each article and add a quote and link.
Right after Donald Trump’s election, the SPLC really stoked panic. A pro-gay Episcopal church in Indiana was vandalized w/“Heil Trump,” a swastika, & an anti-gay slur. Turns out it was the gay organ player who did it. He was only charged w/a misdemeanor. https://t.co/QxeOoBHohC
