Tucker Carlson put together a kind of “best of” for July 4th around the theme of economics and families, a topic he spends quite a bit of time exploring on his show because he understands how important it is to the future of our country and its long-term health overall. He also understands that the people who live in the bubble that is Washington, D.C. don’t comprehend the significance or choose to ignore the reality in favor of their own interests (which is basically getting re-elected).

Tucker starts the show with re-broadcasting his opening monologue from January 1 of this year. He then has other segments around that theme.

His guests for this topic are Mike Rowe and J. D. Vance (author of Hillbilly Elegy).

Take a look. The entire show really is excellent. I think his assessment of the Democrat Party, the Republican Party, and the elites in this country is worthwhile and quite accurate.
