This is well worth your time, especially if you’ve never heard her testimony. I’ve cued it up to where she is introduced.

I’m Sallie – wife, mother, and happy warrior for Christ. Our little family lives a quiet and cozy life of home education, self-employment, and pithy exchanges. I share what I’ve learned to help others navigate this world with truth, beauty, peace, hope, and joy. And I like to laugh. A lot. Welcome!

I had not heard of her or her testimony. Wow! What a beautiful picture of redemption. Thanks for sharing this!

Hi Amanda!
Yes, she has an amazing testimony. I knew of her, but hadn’t really looked into her much until lately when she popped up on some podcasts and CensorTubers I follow. I’ve watched a few different interviews with her and I think I will share at least one more because each one looks at different aspects of her experience and thoughts.
Good to see you!

Wow. That really was worth the watch. She has the credentials to speak out about this, and really no one can refute what she’s saying. She’s an “Apostle Paul” to that issue (“Is anyone an [X], I was moreso…”). There’s a few points I never heard before, like the fact that desire that lifestyle is a violation of the tenth commandment. What really struck me is her succinct points about all the lies that are said to justify that “it’s not so bad” or that you can’t change. I think this is the strongest set of arguments I’ve ever heard, but it’s combined with a firm sense of God’s love and grace. And yes, what a great story of redemption. The way God worked through her neighbors and others to get her to the point of repentance is amazing.

Thank you for sharing. This was excellent. I’ve known her story, heard interviews by her, and read one of her books but this talk was especially succinct, eloquent and articulate! It was a very powerful message of truth.
