Words fail. Little white boy raises his hand to share something. Maybe he was even going to affirm his black classmate/friend who had been bullied! But, oh no. He’s a white kid and therefore must be put in his place.
Must be lectured that if he was called on AFTER RAISING HIS HAND TO WAIT HIS TURN AS HE HAS BEEN TAUGHT BY THE TEACHER that he would be demonstrating his white privilege.
