For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

I’m made it clear multiple times that I think The Gospel Coalition has been and continues to be a disaster for Evangelical and Reformed Christianity. (Truth be told, I’ve held back quite a bit.) I also firmly believe infiltrators are and/or have been a part of TGC with the express goal of weakening the church.
Woke Preacher Clips shared this on Gab today. I don’t download too many clips to specifically keep in case someone tries to disappear the original, but this one I did. I’m putting it here to revisit in another six to twelve months. If I forget, feel free to remind me.
Woke Preacher Clips said on Gab:
Former PCA pastor Robert Cunningham tells TGC that all the “MAGA people” left his church…and frames it as a *success story.*
Later boasts about “church discipline” for “QAnon Christian Nationalism stuff.”
“We didn’t let them leave graciously.”
I’m going to go out on a limb and say this will not age well. Time will tell.

This is what the LORD says:
“Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind,
who makes the flesh his strength
and turns his heart from the LORD.
He will be like a shrub in the desert;
he will not see when prosperity comes.
He will dwell in the parched places of the desert,
in a salt land where no one lives.
But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose confidence is in Him.
He is like a tree planted by the waters
that sends out its roots toward the stream.
It does not fear when the heat comes,
and its leaves are always green.
It does not worry in a year of drought,
nor does it cease to produce fruit.
The heart is deceitful above all things
and beyond cure.
Who can understand it?
I, the LORD, search the heart;
I examine the mind
to reward a man according to his way,
by what his deeds deserve.
Like a partridge hatching eggs it did not lay
is the man who makes a fortune unjustly.
In the middle of his days his riches will desert him,
and in the end he will be the fool.”

I think I’ve mentioned we’ve been feeding the deer in the backyard. You know those videos you see on social media where a bunch of deer walk up to the house on the patio and look inside? Let’s just say it’s a good thing we have a deck.
David named her Millie. She likes to make her presence known. She has the faith of Job that someone will come out and feed her if the corn box is empty. (Caroline took the picture through the slider door so it’s a bit fuzzy.)
