How Easy Is It?

The process is very simple.

• Add the items you need to your cart.
• Enter your unique coupon code at checkout and click “Place Order.”
• Instantly download all of the things you selected.
• You are on your way!

How It Works – Read Carefully

Please note this is a handcrafted process and not automated.

• Once you purchase the pass, I will send you an email with the unique coupon code you will use every time you wish to access items in the shop. Every person has a different code.
• If you purchase the pass during the day, I will usually have your code to you within three to four hours. (Like many of you, I’m a homeschooling mom during the day!) If you order later in the evening or after I’ve gone to bed (Eastern Standard Time), you won’t receive your code until the next day.
• Again, this is not an automated process. I create each coupon code myself and send you a personal email with it.
• If there is something in the shop you need right away, please order it at the same time you order The Lifetime Pass. I will refund you for the product you needed right away.
• If you have not received a personal email from me within the expected period of time, please check your spam folder. Feel free to follow-up if you haven’t received the email.

FAQs

What do I get with The Lifetime Pass?

You will be able to download from my shop as long as my website and shop are online. I’ve been blogging for 20 years and don’t plan on going anywhere. However, I cannot guarantee a specific length of time since none of us knows what the future may bring. (This is my truth in advertising.)

• Homeschoolers may use the products with all of their own children.
• Teachers may use the products in their individual classroom.
• If you create printables, you may use the clip art and digital papers for products to sell as long as you stay within the Digital Products Terms of Use that apply for all purchases.

What am I not allowed to do?

• You may not edit, re-sell, re-post, upload, or otherwise share the products with people who did not purchase them.
• You may not share the products with other parents or teachers.
• You may not download products on behalf of someone else.
• You may not download products to give as gifts.

Is there a monthly or quarterly payment option?

There is only a lifetime option. My goal is to make this simple for everyone involved.

Does The Lifetime Pass include membership to your future courses or one-on-one consulting?

No. Any future courses or consulting opportunities will be sold separately. The Lifetime Pass only includes access to all of the printables, ebooks, planners, calendars, clip art, digital papers, etc. available in the shop area of my site. I reserve the right to not include substantial new products in The Lifetime Pass.

Does The Lifetime Pass include products by others?

Please note that if Caroline or David decide to offer their own creations in my shop at some point in the future, their products WILL NOT be included in The Lifetime Pass.

Can I request a refund if I change my mind?

Because these are digital products and you can see everything you are gaining access to, there is no refund option. Please ask questions before purchasing. I will be happy to answer them.
