Terms of Use Overview

Thank you for your interest in my digital products! Thank you also for respecting my work by following these Terms of Use. In order to quickly respond to changes in law and marketplace requirements, I have published my Digital Products Terms of Use on one website page. By doing so, I do not need to update hundreds of products across multiple platforms if something changes.

These Digital Products Terms of Use apply to all products created by me whether they are free or paid. This includes:

• printable learning materials
• printable planners
• ebooks
• clip art and digital papers
• moveable clip art for paperless resources

By purchasing my products or downloading a free product, you are agreeing to comply with the current version of these Terms of Use posted on this page.

Printable Downloads

The following terms apply to all paid and free printable downloads, planners, ebooks, etc. (Scroll down for clip art, digital papers, and moveable clip art.)

Please Note:

• You may not alter a printable product in any way using digital tools including (but not limited to) Canva, TPT’s Easel, etc. This product is my intellectual property that you are licensing to use. To change the product is not allowed under these Digital Terms of Use.

You May:

• Use this product for your individual classroom.
• Use this product with all of your children in your individual homeschool.

You May Not:

• Share this product with other teachers or parents.
• Upload this product to any sharing site or group.
• Sell or redistribute this product in any manner for free or payment.
• Give away this product.
• Use portions of this product for commercial endeavors.
• Use this product on any site such as Amazon Inspire, OER Commons, and TES where users adapt curriculum and share freely.

Digital Clip Art and Papers

You are purchasing a limited license to use these designs. Copyright does not transfer with sale. All copyrights, intellectual rights, and ownership of images and designs remain with Sallie Borrink except in cases of images such as state flags, state seals, money images, etc. that are public domain. While the images I use to create these products are public domain, the files I create and sell are not public domain and are legally subject to these Terms of Use.

Creative Commons permissions are not granted with the purchase or use of this digital product.

You May:

• Use this product for personal use such as scrapbooking and printables to use around your individual home. No credit is required. 
• Use this product in your own classroom materials. No credit is required. 
• Use this product to create commercial products for Teachers Pay Teachers and other similar teacher, homeschooling, and education sites (including your own website shop). You must give credit and use a credit logo included in the ZIP file.
• Use this product to create small business products to sell on Etsy of under 100 total. You must give credit and use a credit logo included in the ZIP file.

You May Not:

• Share this product with other teachers or parents.
• Upload this product to any sharing site or group.
• Sell or redistribute this product in any manner for free or payment.
• Give away this product.
• Use this product on any site such as Amazon Inspire, OER Commons, and TES where users adapt curriculum and share freely. 
• Use this product for large scale commercial endeavors. If you wish to use something for a large scale commercial product, please contact me at the email address below with the details of your project so we can discuss options available.

Securing Product & Giving Credit

• You must secure all digital papers and clip art so future users are not able to extract the files to use without purchasing. 
• If you are creating products to sell on TPT or other education related sites, please include my logo and a link back to either the individual product page or my website shop. The logo is in a folder in the zip file you downloaded when you purchased this product.
• If you are using the product only in your own classroom, you do not need to give credit or use the logo. 

Digital Clip Art for Moveable Pieces and Paperless Resources

Only clip art clearly marked as for moveable pieces and paperless resources may be use for that purpose. Those products are clearly indicated by the circle logo in the bottom right corner of the cover. This includes using the clip art on the platforms Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and SMART Notebook.

All of my clip art may be used on Boom Cards and SeeSaw because those platforms secure the clip art as part of the process.

As with all other digital clip art mentioned in the previous sections, you may only use the product for your own personal or professional needs. You may not transfer, sell, etc. as outlined in the previous section of these Terms of Use.

You must give credit as outlined in the previous section.

Using clip art for paperless resources and moveable pieces is a new area for me so feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
