This Daisies and Gingham Editable Homeschool Planner includes a variety of designs as featured on the cover. The weekly and daily forms are offered in multiple designs so you can enjoy variety throughout your year.
Many of the forms are offered two ways including a partially completed form and another version with all of the blanks left open so you can adapt them to your specific needs.
The preview file (PDF) offers just a glimpse of what is included. You can download it to see the Table of Contents and instructions for using the editable fields. If you open the preview file in Acrobat Reader, you can actually see how the editable fields work and try them out!

I absolutely love the diversity of this planner. Everything has been thought of for you to design your own homeschool planner that will fit your homeschooling style. I love the colors and designs. They are gorgeous!!
My only recommendation would be to add a weekly to-do list and meal planner (on a single page would be fine) to make this homeschooling planner usable for home also.
