I haven’t written in a week for a few reasons. I’ve been working diligently to get ready for starting up homeschooling again (which we did today). I’ve been focusing on my other website. I’m tired after observing all of the lies and evil.

Here are a few things that sum up where we are. First is a tweet from Lara Logan.

When people who are awake and see the evil continue on without any seeming consequence, they start to check out. It’s too painful. Even people who aren’t fully awake can only take so much lying and corruption before they simply give up in their own way.

Second is a video from Patera from last week. Have you noticed this? I have. I had just said the same thing the day before. People are overwhelmed and checking out.

And then there is this video which I really don’t want to share, but will. I have been hoping for many, many months that the numbers were wrong. But no one is coming forward to tell him he’s wrong. If you think he’s wrong, feel free to explain it in a comment with the statistical data. I’d LOVE for someone to prove him wrong. I hope that every single day someone will prove him wrong. A friend and I have also been discussing the past few weeks that we are seeing another uptick in deaths and terminal disease around us. It did seem to slow down for a number of months, but it seems to be picking up again. My hypothesis is that it has to do with the timing of the booster rollouts. Our (admittedly anecdotal) observations align with what they discuss in this video.

I don’t feel the same depths of anguish that Martin Geddes feels in the piece I recently recommended in Living in This Overwhelming Spiritual Battle. But I do relate on some level to this:

Being around “normies” exhausts me very quickly. Being around the awake keeps stirring up my distress. Being alone is painful — but lets me regulate my activity to my energy.

I am tapped out emotionally and mentally. I can’t deal with people who don’t understand what is happening. I’ve never enjoyed small talk anyway and trying to interact with people who either cannot or will not acknowledge reality is beyond my ability to deal with much any longer. I have a couple of friends who have understood the reality of everything the past three and a half years. We still talk, but we’ve cut way back because at this point there isn’t much to say. We can all see the trainwreck unfolding. All that’s left is to watch it play out in excruciating detail. So even having good conversations with people who “get it” is tiring. Beyond David, there are very few people I can talk with about what is going on in the world. So I have made my world much smaller most of the time. It’s just easier for me. Maybe the same is true for you.

So I’m at the point right now where I have drastically cut back how much I’m following the events. I tune into a few podcasts I like for a bit, but rarely watch the entire thing. Most days I have significantly cut back on my social media time. Homeschool starting up is a blessing. Caroline has a very full year content-wise and it will take a lot of my time to do our homeschool well this year.

As I’ve said before, I’ve explained at length what I think is probably happening. I’m either right or wrong. It’s going to play out one way or the other. There is nothing I can do to change the trajectory of what is happening. I can pray and that’s about it.

So things will probably be slow around here. I still plan on posting when I have the time and energy, but I’m not making any commitment to any set amount of content. I have no idea what it will be. Like many people who are awake, until something significant happens there isn’t any point in keeping up.
