Shelly has been making so many good videos lately and I’ve gotten behind in all the ones I’ve wanted to share. Here is one from just this morning. In this video, she discusses understanding Bible prophecy. Shelly tackles the literal versus figurative debate while responding to a reader comment. 

This video focuses specifically on how the Hebrew writers and readers would have understand the use of language. She writes:

I cannot emphasize this enough: in order to understand the Bible in its proper context, we MUST understand and apply audience relevance.
