I hope you had a lovely day celebrating with friends and family. We had a quiet Thanksgiving of just we three. All of the food turned out well and we are all healthy. Those two things alone make it a very good Thanksgiving!

We toyed briefly with the idea of also putting up the Christmas tree and decorations today, but decided it would be too much. So we plan to take care of that tomorrow and Saturday. It’s such a short time between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year that it will fly by before we know it.

There’s been a lot going on behind the scenes the last few weeks. It’s been one of those seasons in life when several different threads all kind of connect at once. It’s interesting how God orchestrates something like that, isn’t it? I look forward to sharing more about that in other posts.
