I shared my homemade Mocha Sauce recipe that includes Dutch Process Cocoa four years ago. I had to switch the cocoa I was using and decided to try the Guittard available at Meijer.
I didn't even realize red cocoa was a thing.
It is truly amazing. The difference is profound. So much smoother. Wow.
