Caroline and I have spent quite a bit of time on Jane Austen as part of her English Literature credit. She saw Matchmaking – The Jane Austen Memory Game while birthday shopping for me and bought so we could have fun reviewing the books while playing a matching game.
This week absolutely flew by. We had out-of-the-ordinary events on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday that definitely changed the flow of the week. All good, but I’m sitting here on Friday morning thinking about the fact that I haven’t posted since last Friday!
Don’t you love a happy ending? Sigh. The ending of Pride and Prejudice is wonderful.
So this week we enjoyed the middle section of Pride and Prejudice. Any thoughts, especially from those who has never seen this production? Is there anyone out there experiencing this for the first time – never seen an adaptation or read the novel?
I did sit and watch Pride and Prejudice Sunday evening despite the fact that I own the DVD and have already seen it, um, many times. But I did some mending while I watching it and that’s how I justified it.
