This website was so helpful for a number of years. It was originally called 34 Menopause Symptoms but changed to Menopause Now probably four or five years ago.
I haven't checked the content in the past few years so I hope it is still as helpful. I appreciated it was very no-nonsense and straightforward in the way it presented the information.

It is helpful--I have most of those symptoms.
One vitamin they didn't list is Vitamin A. I was having heavy bleeding and I found that just eating a carrot would make a big improvement, in less than a day.
It's amazing the difference one food can have. I was having a particular issue long-term and noticed that it went away when I started eating dark chocolate daily (Enjoy Life chips). I wasn't even trying. I just noticed the problem was gone and tried to figure out what might have caused it. I thought that couldn't possibly have fixed that problem, but it did. 🤯
When your diet is super limited and you make a change, it's pretty easy to track how it impacts your body. Since then I've confirmed it multiple times without even meaning to do so.
I told my doctor and she looked at me like I was nuts. 🙄
