A regular quiet time can be a significant part of a growing spiritual life. But do you struggle to maintain a consistent quiet time? Many Christians do.
I’ve had periods in my life with a rich quiet time routine and other times when I really struggled or it even became non-existent.
There are a number of reasons why this struggle is real for so many people, but it is always possible to start over again.
Rather than feeling badly about your struggle, make the decision to start again and create a new quiet time routine that works for you.
It doesn’t have to be long, detailed, and fancy. It doesn’t have to be first thing in the morning or follow a certain format. It simply needs to nourish your relationship with the Lord. Meeting with God should be a joy so let’s focus on that perspective.
I encourage you to download the free printable Creating a Quiet Time Routine”below. I hope it will be a turning point in your spiritual life if this has been a struggle for you.
