This popped up in my YouTube feed. There are plenty of ways I don't see eye to eye with Doug Wilson, but he nailed it eight years ago when this was recorded. It's even more applicable now. I addressed some of these same things in A Wise Woman Builds Her Home and the related posts I linked to in that post.
