VIDEO DESCRIPTION: Dr. Shiva presents data to the Arizona hearing: Data models show the only way for Biden to have statistically caught up with Trump was if democrat votes came in at 130% for Biden and -30% for Trump. Showing that Biden's votes were "weighted" or given a higher value than Trump voters by using decimals. Biden votes were multiplied by 1.3 and Trump's votes were reduced by .3 and electronically siphoned to Biden. It's called "Weighted Race" feature.
