I've seen these numbers shared before. Rush Limbaugh has discussed this and said the numbers are pretty consistent across each rally.

A quarter of the voters there did not vote in 2016, but they are interested enough in supporting President Trump to stand in line for hours/all day for the opportunity to attend a rally.

Unless someone shows me something different, there is no Biden-Harris landslide. They are going to have to work extra hard just to try to steal the election via fraudulent mail-in voting.
