I haven't finished watching this entire video, but wanted to share the segment I've cued up. Watch through the 44 minute mark when Karlyn shares about some messages she's received from people about what is happening in their workplace.

Even before the COVID closures, there was much talk at my husband's university about "micro-aggressions" and "unconscious racism". I can't imagine what they will come up with now.
