Why is one of these praised and considered perfectly normal and the other considered racist?

The Black Code is considered normal (which it's not) and the white code is considered racist.

@kris I don't have a problem with the Black Code as it is written there. If Black people want to lift each other up to live more noble and productive lives, then I'm all for it.
But White people should have the freedom to do the same thing. However, we've been programmed to think that it is wrong to look out for other White people.
White people are the only people in this country who think it's somehow wrong to look out for people who are like you.
