If you aren't familiar with Warren Smith, he has an interesting background story (lost his academic job due to wrong speak). Caroline and I have watched several of his videos as he does a good job of showing how to break down an argument, etc.
I suspect for an academic he's decently right of center. His approach seems to be helping get moderates over the center to at least understand the right. This video is a good example of that.
Plus the information is just helpful for all of us.
