It wasn't incompetence. It was DELIBERATE. The sooner people accept this reality, the sooner we can move on to someone coming in to clean up this mess. We elected a Commander-in-Chief who knew how to do this. This is the consequence of nobody in D.C. being willing to stand up for the Constitution during a rigged and stolen election.
