We do, but it's in a very inconvenient spot in the house because the landlord won't maintain the wiring to the phone jacks; some of it probably got cut through during remodeling work, and the rest is decades old.
We use a rotary phone on our landline. We have a touchtone phone that we can plug in if we really need it.
The main change that I've noticed with cell phones is that plans to meet are sometimes much more fluid than they used to be.
