Senator McConnell is the winner and has been incredible in working with President Trump to get judges approved. As of right now, it stands at 170 and may hit 180 by the end of the year. Reshaping the judiciary (and especially the Supreme Court) was one of the main reasons I voted for President Trump and will again. I'm sure not every selection was perfect, but they have to be massively better than anything Hillary Clinton would have sent through.
