There is a song called "Prisencolinensinainciusol" that sounds like English, but it is absolutely nonsense. It was written that way on purpose. I get a legitimate headache when I listen to that song because my brain is trying to figure out what it means and it can't.
That's what it's like to listen to Schiff answer these questions. His answer to Senators Graham and Cruz was just such total gobbledygook that my brain was desperately telling me, "Stop listening. This makes no sense!"
