CNN did not want to go through the discovery process if this moved ahead. CNN must have had a lot of text messages, emails, etc. they did not want the public to see during a trial.

Given that Sandman is Catholic and was at a pro-life rally, I hope he donates 10% of everything he gets from these many lawsuits to pro-life causes, adoption centers, etc. Poetic justice to take the money from these liberal entities and use it to advance causes that will make their heads explode. Then he wins again and the babies and mothers win, too.
