I think it's been very clear that the primary role DeSantis has been playing the past few years is highlighting in HUGE LIGHTS and BRIGHT COLORS what it means to have state leadership lead their individual state. Everyone has seen clear as day not only via Florida but also NY, MI, GA, CA, etc. that it really does matter who holds all of these positions in your state.
If we ever get honest elections, the clearing out of leadership in most states will be epic.
