And, yes, it is harassment. The local police said they wouldn't do anything about him opening. The court said they were not going to go after him. Whitmer went after the barber via a cease and desist order from the Department of Health and Human Services. When that didn't work she got the Attorney General to go after him and they revoked his license. They are also threatening him with massive fines and jail time of up to a year for each day or haircut (not clear which one).

I'm going to say this as nicely as I can. It completely sucks what is happening in my state. Michigan has never been like California or New York or these other overbearing socialism utopia wannabe states.

It is seriously disturbing to experience first-hand what is it like to live under soft tyranny. And that is what this is. It is soft tyranny.
