This is an ER nurse using the term. More to follow.
You realize this was done on purpose to people, right? This was a deliberate, ongoing psychological warfare waged against people. Three years ago if you had told anyone people would be acting like this over a virus with a 99.995% recovery rate, they would have thought you were crazy. But look where we are.
