It’s impossible to understand what is going on in our culture today if you don’t understand the concept of intersectionality and how it is related to victim status. This is a significant driving force in the Democrat Party as it has largely been overtaken by those pushing an idea of intersectionality.
Intersectionality is also pushed heavily on college campuses. Achieving higher levels of victimhood status is truly a goal for many students.
These videos will also help you understand where the idea of “check your privilege” originates.
Here are a few videos that explain intersectionality and the consequences of it.
Ben Shapiro for Prager University
This is a quick overview of intersectionality.
The Factual Feminist
Very good quick, secular overview
Andrew Klaven
If you don’t like pointing out truth with humor and absurdity, skip this one.
Jordan Peterson
“The intersectionalists will get there if they don’t kill everyone first.”
Christian Hoff Sommers and Camille Paglia
Radical feminists discuss why they dislike intersectionality
David French
If you want to do a deeper dive from what I am assuming is a conservative Christian world view, this is a longer series. David French (Senior Writer at National Review) is speaking at Southern Seminary. Disclaimer: I have only watched a few minutes of the first video.
♥ Wife, homeschooling mom, conspiracy analyst ♥
I appreciate what the “Factual Feminist” said in her video, that they are “caught up in a conspiracy theory and in the cult of ‘intersectionality’ “. And in the video with Christine and Camille the excellent point that progressives by bullying are doing the very things they decry. The irony is astounding. The blindness is sad.
