(I've only watched part of this so far.)
I seriously need to come up with some ridiculous theory to make big money. The woman calls herself a racist, tells everyone else they are racists, and then tells them they can never stop being racists. They can only listen to her talk about how horribly racist they are.
And people pay her tens of thousands of dollars to come belittle and abuse their employees, students, etc.
