Honor Real Men Who Are Willing To Suffer For Their Cause
From Jon Harris on Gab:
"One of the things I've noticed from observation and reading the biographies of real leaders is how willing they are to suffer for their cause. Real men do not project an image of how they want people to view them. They aren't focused on how to minimize damage to themselves in the minds of their opponents. I think I can safely say this kind of a posture characterizes the majority of institutional leaders on the political and theological right.
Instead, the eyes of a real man are trained on God, goals, and convictions. They look behind them to make sure their followers aren't stumbling so they can help them. They are not obsessed with their own safety and comfort and certainly not the image that comes to mind when their detractors think of them. They are solid, immovable, and uncompromising. Their focus is on something far more real, rewarding, and permanent than present circumstances or temporal existence.
If you know men like this treasure and honor them. They are a rare and dying breed. As our institutions fall and suffering becomes more common they will shine through like the sun. Hard times test the hearts of men and show the difference between gold and fool's gold. Most on the institutional level have not had to suffer yet. We are entering that time though. . ."
