<p>But there is something to be said for a digital thermometer. </p>
<p>The first digital thermometer I bought was so-so. Then someone in the house didn't realize it wasn't waterproof. That ended that pretty quick. </p>
<p>This is the one I use now and it's great. Waterproof and super easy to read.</p>
<p>Did I mention waterproof? &#x1f606; </p>
<p>So far I've only used it for meat, but it can be used for other things. </p>

<p>I didn't even realize red cocoa was a thing. </p>
