My sewing basket to this day is a Longaberger I bought when I hosted a party around 1995. It has a green fabric floral lid and liner that goes over the edge. I still love it.

I have a basket on my desk and another small one on my office door.

I think that's all I have. Mine all have liners so they have lasted very well.

They are beautiful baskets with fun memories.

I deleted my Gab account this evening. I did so for a few reasons.

One, I simply want to be off social media. (I don't consider Telegram social media the way I use it.)

Two, almost any time I posted anything on Gab lately I had to delete and block people for vile comments. It wasn't like this in the past and it has gotten steadily worse. I'm sure it's deliberate by people there working to ruin/take down the platform, but I'm tired of dealing with it.

Three, the platform is no longer fun. Torba has made so many changes to it over the past few years. Each time, people left.

Four, there is just so much negativity and black-pilling on there. Many of the most prolific accounts (primarily men BTW) consistently doom post and usually take the least charitable view of anything to do with the current POTUS and administration. I'm just tired of it.

There are other reasons, but those were the most significant.

So I had to collect what I wanted to save on there. I finally finished that today and deleted it.

I realize it's been very quiet around here on my website, but if you only knew how much work I've been doing behind the scenes both in my personal life and my online work. I'm really pleased with the decisions I'm making and where I'm heading.

Has anyone else made an social media changes lately?
