What If You Get Sick? (#39)
As the women who hold it all together in our homes, we carry a lot of responsibility for the well-being of our loved ones. Whether it is you and one other person in the home or you and ten others, the woman is usually the one who makes it all tick.
The woman is also the one who usually knows how everything works together, fits together, etc.
What if you were the one who became ill and couldn't make everything run for an extended period of time?
Your next step as you put together your Prudent & Prepared binder is to put IN WRITING and IN DETAIL the things your loved ones would need to know in order to keep things running smoothly.
If you were in the hospital for a week or two, would your family know where you keep everything? Do they know when and how to pay the bills? Do they know the special supplies you might have purchased and tucked away just in case?
If you don't have all this written down for them in a place they know where to look, then all of your being prudent and prepared is not going to benefit them one bit.
I strongly encourage you this week to make this a top priority. Continue building your binder and getting your home in order.
