Welcome to a new week! I hope you are well. I'm aiming to get a podcast out to you tonight or tomorrow morning.

I hit a bit of a mental wall last week after weeks and weeks of being stuck at home with a sick teenager who is in that zone of not sick enough to be a big problem but just sick enough to completely mess with her stamina and such. I've had almost zero introvert time in the past six weeks and it's taking a mental toll on me. Far more than any of the insanity in the news. (Seriously.)

Gregg and Catherine will be arrested by U.S. Marshalls tomorrow if they don't give up their sources. Please be praying for them.
